1.Corporate Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate clients as per their business requirements.

Choosing the right recruitment solutions from the database of resumes and from online advertisements.

Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients to expand business and achieve sales target.

Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and calling.

Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients and managing strong relationships with clients.

Other responsibilities include area mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations

Skill

Excellent communication is a must

Should have the passion to do Sales oriented job

2.MIS EXECUTIVE/ BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Generation & Writing Reports, including Client Recommendations.

Handling Multiple Reports and DashBoards.

Data Comparisons.

Qualitative and/ or quantitative research.

Maintaining MIS reports

Handling all queries pertaining to the MIS Reports

Monitoring work progress

Skill

Advance Knowledge on MS Excel, PowerPoint

Should have excellent knowledge of MS office

Good Verbal & Written Communication & Presentation skills

Ability to handle demanding working environment

Good analytical skills for preparation of MIS reports

3.SENIOR HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Executing day-to-day HR operations

Handling enrolment of Job Seekers to the career portal

Managing end-to-end client/consultant/candidate relationship in recruitment

Working in close-ordination with employers to hire the right employee through GSN portal

Recruitment, selection, hiring, and sourcing

Coordinating with the departmental heads to understand the requirements, getting the feedback and maintaining a very good relationship

Career guidance and counselling to women

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to handle multiple positions

Strong in MIS or Ms Excel

Prior experience in any HR Management System is an added advantage
