• Bachelors or Master in related stream
• Key competencies: Energetic & intuitive marketing strategic planning, Effective Communication skills, Understanding the Customer need, Product Knowledge & Development, Negotiation Skills, Ability to remain focus & goal oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands 
• New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients through cold calling, followed by client meetings 
• Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients 
• Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. 
• Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion 
• Handling Brand and Distributor portfolio 
• Channel Development/Franchise Development 
• Selling various brands (or business /franchising concepts) 
• Screening of distributor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile. 
• Work as an interface between brand and distributors for closing franchises up till signing agreement 
• Maintain loop between brand and distributor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
• Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or distributor for increasing the closure probability. 
• Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as distributors. Hence providing total client as well as customer satisfaction.
