To digitize sales force activities on a portal/mobile app to track the lead generation to conversion process so as to increase the productivity

Key Tasks:

• Identify the requirements from key stakeholders
• Discuss the requirements with various partners and identify suitable partner based on selection criteria
• Create a roadmap with implementation timelines
• Coordinate with partner during development phase to ensure project is rolled out as per timeline
• Review the progress on the project plan along with stakeholders
• Conduct necessary testing before Go Live of the project
• Provide Go Live support during the implementation phase along with the partner

Project Duration: 4 – 6 months

Relevant Work Experience: 4-5 yrs in Business Analysis/ Project Management
