BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients, work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
2. Research and identify new market opportunities, prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
3. Maintaining relationship with clients, understanding the client's requirements, informing and suggesting best engagement ring buying solutions to the clients.
4. Ensuring great client experience by being the go-to person for clients, helping in conflict resolution and providing operational support to clients whilst availing solutions.
5. Act as a bridge between client and service providers and ensure a free flow of communication and discussion.
6. Interact with clients by phone, email, social media channels concerning various queries and issues.
Eligibility: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience: Freshers
Salary: 3.5 Lpa to 4.5 Lpa
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
