Key Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in sales/ retention/ up selling/ Insurance / Tele Sales / Tele Marketing / Customer Servie & Support.

• To call the customers and inform them regarding pending premiums of their Insurance Policy.

• Retaining the existing customers

Desired Candidate:

• Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability.

• Amicable and team player.

• Customer Focused.

• Exposure to dialer, CRM and related tools/ software.

• Proficiency in different languages  - Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Tamil, Oriya / Bengali / Assamese / Marathi will be preferred.
