Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage C-Care and handle inbound Calls, reply to E-mails and respond to CHAT, concerning various customer queries/issues. To be hands on in each of these tasks.
• Following up on customer queries posted on social networking sites such as Facebook/Twitter/Google+ etc.
• Make sure calls/e-mails is professionally answered to provide information about products and services. 
• Regular call/e-mail monitoring to enhance the quality by providing regular feedback to the agents and work towards improvising the company’s customer support department
• See to that right/accurate content is published on the site
• Coordinate with various vendors & manage and monitor the workings of the Department.
• Oversee overall tasks of operation

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Be hands on all the C-Care & Content approval tasks 
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Listening and understanding skills.
• Need to be professional and courteous.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within fewer time frames.
• Entrepreneurial mind set and fair knowledge about education industry is a big plus.

Education/Other Pre-Requisites

• Any Graduate
• Fresher to 1.5 Years of relevant experience.
