Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain provider data on ThinkVidya.com.
• Manage a team of data entry executives to ensure that all team goals are met and exceeded.
• Willing to Make calls to Validate the sourced Data (Good Communication skills in English & Hindi)

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Self starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi and any regional languages is a plus)
• Experience in working with customers over the phone is needed
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
• Experience with data management in the online consumer Internet business is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus

Education/Other Pre-Requisites

• UG/G
• Proven track-record in achieving the target in previous firms
• 1-2.5 years of experience
