Job Position-Application Support Engineer

Job Description
• Provide technical support on application and related services provided by employer
• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to application
• Handling Account management, with regular follow-up with clients.
• Communicate with customers on call and email
• Troubleshoot issues related to application over call or via email
• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is held and communicated in accordance
with the Data Protection Act.
• Primarily able to diagnose the problem, actively able to resolve the problem/issue and
communicate it to end user/client via email or call according to the given SLA.
• Working on task assigned by Team lead or superiors
• Responsible for working on rotational shifts, holidays and weekends on required basis.

Qualification requirements
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technical, engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ Experience in application support and product support.

• Good customer service skills and be able to balance assertiveness with professionalism.
• Self-starter/self-motivated, manages own schedule in manner which yields best results
• Able to work in a high-paced and dynamic team environment. Resourceful.
• Excellent problem solver, with deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
