Job Description:-

1. • Excellent communication and Comprehension skills.
2. • Good customer service skills and phone etiquette skills.
3. • Candidate with a flair for computer troubleshooting (for few process).
4. • Any Graduate 10+2+3 Certificate Holder (Fresher) will be considered.
5. • Under graduate holding minimum 6 months of experience will be considered.
6. • Prior experience with an international BPO would be an added advantage.
7. • Typing skills - 25WPM & 85% accuracy.
8. • Shift timings:24*7 rotational shifts, 5-6 days working, Rotational offs (No fixed    Saturday/Sunday offs).

Process:  Domestic Voice / Non Voice/ International Non Voice.

Location: Navi Mumbai & Thane.
