THE POSITION:

We are looking for full time Sales & Marketing Executive with following skills.

Job Duties:

  • Should be passionate for sales.
  • Creativity and out of box thinking.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated with ability to achieve the target.
  • Ability to do International sales and marketing and articulate with client.
  • Ability to connect with CXO/HR/CEO.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, technical and administrative departments.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
  • Ability to create to financial projections for the future.
  • Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and perform under pressure.
  • Developing Sales and Marketing and Social Media campaigns.
  • Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
  • Working with sales executives on approaches to building business.

Relevant Details

Qualification - MBA/PGDM/Graduate (Any stream)

Experience - Fresher

Location – Delhi

Salary – As per the market + Sales Commission (on achieving the target - which can go up to 50%)
