Context & Role: 
Context: This position is responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of Agency for his team

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit Advisor and IMs
Generate business from the recruited IMs and advisors
Develop IM and Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product knowledge / selling skills etc.)
Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention
Review / Monitor / Analyse sales performance and competitor activities

Required qualifications and experience :
Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Insurance Industry experience

Knowledge and skills desired :
•    At least 3 years of team handling experience
•    Excellent Interpersonal Skills
