Job Description : Sr. Executive Accounts and Audit

Job Requirement:

·         Accounting of income & expense in Tally

·         Preparation of financial statements

·         Coordinating with Auditors and leading audit process

·         Subsidiary books accounting & audit

·         Month end / Quarter end closing of books in Tally

Key responsibilities: 

·         Responsible for internal controls monitoring, financial and regulatory reporting

·         Review of the internal control processes

·         Manage statutory audit closure and activities

·         Preparation of returns for reporting to RBI

·         Review of trial balance

·         Team player, work jointly within Finance & Strategy Function

·         Create environment of mutual trust between Business & Finance

·         Ensure 100% accuracy and controls in all financial and regulatory reporting

·         Improve information / data flow and automate process to reduce timelines, increase accuracy and enhance efficiency

Key Deliverables :

Timely paying / payouts of Client / NBFC, Timely Payment of Statutory Liabilities (Stamp Duty/GST/TDS/Prof. Tax/PF Etc.), Bank Reconciliation, Credit Receipt Entry, Authorization and deposit into Banks,

Essential requirements/ Domain knowledge: 

·         B.Com with 2 - 3 years of NBFC / Finance experience (M.Com would be preferred)

·         Financial Domain knowledge

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Strong Interpersonal skills

·         In depth knowledge of financial , accounting & processes
