•Shift timings- 10:00am to 7:00pm ; Weekly off (Monday)
•Engagement type(during shift timings)- On field(marketing), telecalling (customers from home/centre), visiting parents (on field), teachings kids(at centre), parent engagement(at centre)

Job Description:

1.Enrol children in the center by marketing the program to parents community

o Reach out to prospective parents through personal and professional contacts
o Conduct orientations and demo sessions for parents and children
o Address parent and child questions  
o Ensure registrations
o Attend parents events organized by you in association with our marketing team
 
2.Conduct a guided learning session at our learning center on the XSEED Mobile Learning App

o Help children learn how to use the mobile app and overcome technical issues
o Provide corrective action to improve children’s learning based on recommendations provided by our app
o Motivate children to stay engaged with the learning modules
o Get children to solve self-correcting worksheets to strengthen their understanding of concepts
o Communicate children’s progress to parents
 

Program Requirements: To execute this program

they need to invest in the following

1. 1 android phones for use of children
2.   Willingness to travel to a center within the city limits
3.   Available 8-9 hrs/day everyday for coaching and marketing(One day off/week)
4.   Available on phone and email during working hours
5.   Adhere to the communication and process guidelines laid out by XSEED
6.   Learn to use the product and know how to coach children
7.   Learn to detailing the product to parents and persuading them to

Person should be-

•  Good in Mathematics of grade 6,7,8.
•  A socially respectable person, well versed in English
•  With some business experience- running a coaching center, educational franchise etc.
•  Post Graduate.
•  Married & settled in Madurai- preferably in a business class family.

Salary range- 15000 - 30000 per month.
 
a. Fixed Compensation during probation period- 12000INR

b. Compensation (Post Completion of Probation period):
 
Income from the program is entirely variable and consists of two parts linked to deliverables

o Coaching Fees

 - Consolidated payment of INR 15,000 for 20-40 students, INR 18,000 for 41-60 students, INR 20,000 for 61-80 students,  INR 23,000 for 81-100 students

o Enrolment Incentive - Rs.  750/- per child (one-time) for every child whose lead is generated and closed by them.
 
o The program to be viable needs a minimum of 20 children enrolled with you
