  • My  name is  Hina Naqvi, a passionate Home Chef and a Science Teacher teaching in a reputed International school based out of Gurugram .

I have been a blessed child to be born and brought up in a family with a Defence background. I had an opportunity to travel and explore beautiful cities of India. I completed my schooling from  Central school and Graduation/Post graduation in Plant Science from Lucknow University. I have pursued further education by completing my  BEd from Indraprastha University Delhi.

After marriage, I am very well settled in Gurugram, Haryana with my husband and my two daughters. My husband always had a sales job which made him travel across the globe. He always discussed different cuisines and culture of different countries and cities of the world. In fact, I also have been fortunate to travel extensively across the globe. My interest while travelling was certainly exploring multiple cuisines.

My elder daughter has recently moved to Bangalore. While both my husband and my daughter do share their experience of experimenting with food and trying new cuisine, they also share their craving for “Ghar ka Khana” while away from home. Apart from the hygiene, quality and good food, they miss the sanctity of home made food which gives a different bliss to the soul.

This triggered me and motivated me to cook something interesting and different  for children and people staying away from their family in Gurugram.

    Launch of  Ayza Kitchen

I never knew that this will be my path to discover Ayza Kitchen. My journey of turning my passion towards cooking and food into reality. I reflected on my mother creating her own recipes for unique vegetarian biryanis. She had immense happiness while experimenting with food. I realized I have similar peace, bliss and satisfaction while creating and making delicacies. Today under her mentorship, I cook delicacies in biryanis and kebabs. My kitchen is popular for low spicy and  less oily homely food.
