Job Role:

• Creating a Shubhpuja club for organizing various programmes/events as per Shubhpuja organization guidelines
• Generating leads/clients for Shubhpuja serviceswithin the local area (Pujas, Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry etc.)
• Identify various prospective clients (ranging from Wedding planners to Corporate houses) and individuals and generate sales leads
• Undertaking sales/promotions calls in their area
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and events for brand promotion
• Manage complete client relationship and identify their requirements for customized services
• Assist the management in developing business plans for expansion in the local area
• Associating other women/people in the network/area
• Marketing for Shubhpuja.com through various mediums in your local area
• Create a network of local area pandits
• Collect feedback/reviews from clients
• Advise Shubhpuja about new product/service requirements
• Submit regular/periodic feedback to the management
• Distribute promotional material of the company

Requirements:

• They should possess strong interpersonalskills, and have the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills; Good at working with people and understanding their needs
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and hands-on individual
• Candidates with marketing and sales background are preferred
• Work from home; part-time

The candidate will be given appropriate training before the commencement of the role.                                     

Earn more than Rs.50,000(no upper limit)while working from home.

For every booking,

• 15% of the booking amount excluding taxes will be given
• 5% of booking amount for post sales services (see below)

Bookings can be made outside their territory also.
